this is not a book you will look to to get inspired. first it looks like something from the seventies.. grey paper with grey pics. then there are the "recipes" if you can call them that. If you don't know how to cook rice by adding I cup of rice 2 cups of water Salt and pepper.. then this book might be for you. As a pretty experienced cook, this one had virtually nothing to offer me and I am returning it. But before I did I had to check and make sure it was the same book by the same author as the cover looks nothing like the one shown on this site.
