Lots of downloads; tough to schedule a set date

I highly recommend Hello Books for a free book. They probably have given away the most books for me at an affordable price--the highest "ROI" for a free promotion. The downside is that you can't schedule your book. I stack most of my promos and I prefer to plan set dates. If you're free with the date or its permafree, I'd definitively give them a try.

I'd keep trying

I've only used them once, and didn't see a big bump in sales. I'd try them again with a free book, because the price isn't bad. The biggest downside is that you can't schedule the date, so you have to take whatever is offered to you. It's harder to stack that way, but if you're flexible, it might be worth a try.

Good number of downloads

I would highly recommend Hello Books. While I don't see quite as many downloads as Freebooksy, the cost is much lower, KU reads and reviews follow suit in the days and weeks after the promotion.
