About this ebook

Art dealer Sasha Montgomery is both nervous and thrilled to be invited to the Caldorian Earth Base for her best friend’s wedding to an alien warrior. One, she’s never seen an alien up close, and two, she made a promise to be there, no matter how much the idea of being surrounded by hundreds of huge alien warriors frightened her.

She thinks she’s got it all under control, until Dagan, the groom’s best friend, crashes the wedding. He’s smoking hot—way too hot to be an alien—and determined to seduce her.

Sasha gives in to passion with unexpected consequences. Ancient power rises in response to their new-found bond, and the once innocent Sasha discovers that Dagan has been keeping secrets. He’s not just another warrior, he’s a king, and the power rising between them hasn’t been seen in a millennium.

Sasha must learn to control the force clawing its way through her body…or destroy them all.

Loved the SciFi element, particularly the Lumerian Knights. The initial sex scenes were great too - very erotic. But sadly, they became repetitive and almost ludicrous, reaching a point where they became almost like a young man writing a repeating sexual fantasy, whilst feeling incredibly horny. It also bordered on sexual abuse at times. Looking forward to the next book though, hoping that there's a deeper development of the plot and 'less is more' with the sex.

Dagan Tiranon, ruling King of the Western Sector on Caldor, was walking down a long tunnel hidden under the banquet hall of the Caldorian Earth base. He was going to surprise his best friend Cam at his week-long binding ceremony to an Earth woman, but actually was trying to find out what the Council is really up to and what they want with Earth. He has 20 of his Lumerian Knights with him. Sixty others are cloaked and following behind. Dagan went inside the banquet hall and he and Cam caught up on old times. Dagan told him about a tiny woman he scared to death when he tried to help her but did not have his translator on. Most humans did not know the Caldorian language or customs. Sasha Montgomery stood outside the banquet doors, shivering in the cold, waiting for her friend. Rachel had told her not to make eye contact with the aliens and she would come get her. The males were very tall, dominant, in control, and possessive. She kept texting Rachel but it went to voice mail. She saw the tall alien who had run toward her outside. He was gorgeous. Dagan got a plate of food and talked with Cam while he ate. When he was relaxed, he looked around the room and spotted the small human he had scared earlier. Realizing there were so many unattached males, his possessiveness kicked into full gear and he wanted to mark her as his. He called Cam over and pointed her out to find out who she was. That, Cam told him, was Sasha, his bride’s attendant and best friend. Then Rachel excitedly ran down the stairs to get her friend. When Rachel led her sister Ashley and Sasha up to meet the Caldorians, Sasha was speechless. The huge alien had his shirt off now like the others and she could see the beautiful swirls over his body. He moved up to her, much too close, lifted her up, saying he was hugging her in the “Earth tradition” – and now he said he was ready to kiss her. The whole time, his eyes were filled with mischief. Everyone around her knew he was aware this was not an Earth greeting custom as he claimed! But Rachel heartily agreed with him that humans did do lots of hugging and kissing. He finally put her down but didn’t let her go as he bent down to kiss her lips, hearing his inner voice whisper “Mine”. Sasha had lost her family in a car accident. Because of the fear of losing those she loved again, she avoided relationships. But she could not stop thinking about the big alien. Could she let herself love him? And will Dagan be able to help Commander Bashall of the Earth Base to find his missing brother, Torrin, the newest member of his Lumerian Knights, who had been captured by the Vilitos 3 months previous? And why are the Vilitos so close to Earth now – what are they planning? This book is amazing! So much going on and tied together beautifully to keep the reader’s tension engaged. The characters are brought to life in their words and actions, making things real to the reader. Concentrating on the love story, the other events sneak up on the reader and take us in a whole new direction! Don’t miss this one – it’s really good!
