Pretty well written. Good story line and sub-plots. What struck me most was the authenticity; the good guys often times take one to the chin. But the true nature of the American patriot is brought out in exciting detail. Looking forward to finishing the series.

Don't start this book if you have anything important to do the rest of the day. It grabbed my attention immediately and was hard to put down. The author started several different story lines and then skillfully wove them together. He did an excellent job of characterization with likable good guys and thoroughly dislikable bad guys. He also did a pretty good job of closing out this book while holding my interest and desire for the next book in the series, which is a difficult balancing act but one I appreciate. Very well done by an author and a publisher whose works I look forward to seeing again. I highly recommend this book.
