This book has a habit of oversimplifying conflicts and having people sort things out themselves instead of actually finding out the truth, which is frustrating. Can't say there is anything less satisfying than a book like this, where the conflict is a conflict for two to three pages and then done with immediately so à New conflict can arise. Incorrect use of discrete in lieu of discreet and wreck instead of wreak as well. Disappointing. It had a great start

Honestly, I’m not a fan of whirlwind romances. Simply because I believe that love takes time to grow or at least it take time before you realized that love hit you already. Nonetheless, I was drawn to Dominic. Not because he’s handsome and rich and all that. It was more on the character that lies deep with and underneath the facade the he put on. I’d say that I was hooked with the book even though it was not my kind of story because I felt Dominic as someone real, not just a character inside the book. Readi

The bk was a very easy to read. I enjoyed the storyline but after a while it felt a little too cheesy, I'm not totally in love with the book as I've been with other Ruth Codello books. I think it felt rushed I had some questions afterwards. Was the deal going to go through with or w/o Abby? it seems as though Abby was indeed a pawn in the skim, what's Stephane's role, What's he doing there, why didn't they give him the same offer as Dominic? Maybe I'm overthinking it but the book left me with more questions
