It was disappointing to me as the book built itself for the grand climax and then nothing, only must have been this or must have been that. Also I would recommend 'The couple Next Door' it has a similar story line where baby is kidnapped. Its a page turner as the there are many twists and shocking truth about all the characters revealed, couldn't stop reading it.

Interesting plotlines. Book would have benefited from deeper line-editing. Most characters had depth. The ending sequences felt a little rushed, and the epilogue-like recap seemed unnecessary; little new information, and speculative dialogue by main characters didn't help the crime plot to feel resolved. Despite the bumps, a mostly entertaining read.

I would have given this 4 stars for the plot, but the f-bombs throughout and the token homosexual thrown in, spoiled it thus the 1 star. The author needs to trust her talent- -she didn't need the trash.
