Went to Ralph's for the specific items I couldn't find in any regular supermarket that the book call for. I was about to spend well over $100 for just a week worth. Nah I'm good, the only regret in my life is buying this book. WORTHLESS

The meals are delicious and simple to make. I found most ingrediants but you can switch things around like brown rice instead of quinoa and it was still really good.
