Hired assassins are hot on the trail of Johnny Hornet. His days seem numbered, but help may be at hand from an unexpected quarter. Meanwhile, Hornet's sister, a former soiled dove, opens a shop not far from the bordello where she was once forced to ply a very different sort of trade. But the townsfolk are openly scornful of her and her new business. Both brother and sister face long odds.
